Cabaret New Braunfels

CCUUS House Concerts Opening Night — 7:30 PM,  Saturday, March 3

The lights will dim, a spotlight will focus on the popular local star of the New Braunfels and San Antonio stages, Yesenia McNett.  The evening will feature Yesenia's beautiful, powerful rendition of show and cabaret tunes. Tickets are only $10 each and will include a dessert during intermission.

The Cabaret New Braunfels will feature music for the rest of us.  If you like country, western, or folk music, you can find it in many locations in and around the New Braunfels area.  We will be offering classical, jazz, show, and cabaret music in the beautiful, intimate setting of CCUUS.

SW UU Women's Conference, Clear Lake, TX, Feb 24-26, 2012

Exploring the UUniverse of Women's Spirituality is the theme of the SW UU Women's Conference. The dynamic and multi-talented Meg Barnhouse will be the keynote speaker. It's a great time to explore ourselves, our spirit, and social justice while having fun with music, movement, and art.  Go to www.swuuw.org to read the brochure and choose your workshops.  Early Registration ends Jan. 15 with a Final Registration date of Feb. 15. Let Marlene Briner know if you plan to attend and if you want to share a room to cut expenses.
